Edward White Sr

Edward White Sr., known as "Ed", "Pops", and "Mr. White", passed away on January 21, 2025, at his home in Fontana at the age of 89 years. He was born to Lillian Wallace and James White Sr on June 2, 1935, in Louisiana. 

After graduating high school, Ed joined the Army and was Honorably Discharged in 1956. He provided for his family as a truck driver for Food 4 Less for 35 years. Ed enjoyed a good game of golf or watching old Westerns on TV. He was also the HOA Vice President for several years in his community. Ed enjoyed taking walks and having conversations with folks. Most of all, Ed was a Christian man who LOVED our Lord God.

Ed is lovingly survived by his children Edward (Eddie) White Jr., Janice L. White, Casey S. White, and Cory J. White; 3 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. 

He is preceded in death by his grandson Nathaniel Harold Howard III (2007), parents Lillian and James, sisters Hattie White, Carolyn Carter, Dorthy Wright, brothers James White Jr., Loyd White, and Senor White.
