Elzie Ray Isaac, age 86 passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2020. Born to Elzie Ray Isaac Sr and Helen Bernice Isaac on March 31, 1934, in Clinton, IL where he was raised with his 3 brothers: Clarence, David, and Tommy. After graduating from Clinton High School, he enlisted in the US Marines where he served in the Korean War. He held numerous jobs in his lifetime and retired from Weld-It company after 25 years. He was a dedicated employee who worked in the parts department where he mastered and sold petroleum tank truck and aviation refueler parts. He married his wife Gladys in 1985. Together they share 8 children; Steve, Gary, Michael, Debbie, Scott, Carlos, Ricky, and Michelle. He enjoyed golfing, water activities, road trips, camping, Nascar, college basketball, sitting with his dogs, and of course football “Go Packers!”. Elzie was a great story teller and loved a good laugh. He was a great husband, father, grandpa, friend, and protector. He left a lasting impression on everyone that met him. Especially his big blue eyes and rosy cheeks. He will truly be missed.
