Helen Rodriguez

Helen Rodriguez, 70 years old, of Fontana, passed away on September 24, 2018 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born to Lorenzo Romero Fuentes and Mary Louise Quintero Fuentes on July 31, 1948 in Los Angeles, California.
Helen attended and graduated from Roosevelt High School; class of 1966. Helen was a devoted mother and hard, working woman. She worked for Beneficial Insurance and the Los Angeles City School District for 18 years.
Helen was a woman of faith. She enjoyed Bible studies and working with the Helping Hand Food Outreach Ministry. A woman after God’s own heart, she served countless people hot meals. Helen was a member of Living Way Christian Fellowship in Fontana. She loved the outdoors, going camping or to concerts in the park. Helen also enjoyed a day at the casino. In her quiet time, Helen liked to work on her word search.
A blessing to so many, Helen will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed.
Helen is survived by her son Marcus Anthony Armendariz, son Rene Armendariz, and daughter Erica Nicole Armendariz as well as her 6 grandchildren whom she loved so much.
