Maria De Lourdes Santillan

Maria De Lourdes Santillan passed away on April 28, 2023 at the age of 55 in Ontario, California.
Maria was born on February 11, 1968 in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. She was born to father, Gonzalo Gonzalez and mother, Leticia Perez. She had 3 siblings which included Alicia Ibarra, Olivia Gonzalez and Juan Chavez.
Maria graduated from Fontana Adult School and got her high school diploma. Being a high school graduate was a personal accomplishment for Maria.
Maria married Mario Santillan with whom she shared 14 years of a beautiful marriage.
Maria had four children which included Emma Melchor, Vanessa Velazquez, Javier Melchor and Aaron Melchor with the addition of ten grandchildren.
Maria worked for First Transit/Mv Transportation as a bus driver and dispatcher. She was a devout Catholic.
Maria’s family remembers her as a great spirit, always so joyful and cheerful. She enjoyed singing and dancing but more than that, she loved her family so much. She loved spoiling her grandchildren and cooking delicious food for her family.
Maria’s family will miss her bigger than life spirit. They will carry her memory in their hearts forever.
