Thomas A. Viola passed away April 27, 2016 at 90 years of age in Colton. He was born November 16, 1925 and his parents were Carmello and Florence Viola both of Italy. Thomas served in World War II. He dedicated 46 years of employment to Kaiser Steel Fabrication. He was a devoted usher at St Josephs Catholic Church in Fontana. He enjoyed to golf weekly until the age of 90. He loved to spend time with his grandchildren. He loved The Avi Resort & Casino in Laughlin and playing Bingo there. Spending time with friends and offering a helping hand to anyone in need brought him the most joy. He was always willing to help others. Thomas became widowed in 2014 when his wife Frances Viola of 67 years passed away. He leaves behind to cherish his memory Children; Florence Viola, Carmen Viola, Grandchildren; Nancy Neal, Janet Mc Cutchen, Susie Neal, Great-Grandchildren; Ashley Padilla, Katelyn Duran, April Mc Cutchen and Madison Barnes. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Funeral services for Thomas will be held at Ingold Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at 5 pm – 9 pm with a Rosary at 7 pm. A Graveside service will take place at Riverside National Cemetery at 22495 Van Buren Blvd. Riverside, Ca 92518 at 10:31 am. We will be gathering at Staging Area #8 prior to service time.
